roll the dice
because I feel wild
But I can't.
I want to jump higher and higher
run faster and faster
because I am happy.
But I won't.
I want to scream at the top of my lungs.
Let it resound through the night
because I feel free.
But I'm not.

You are talking about a world, or a country like ours, where people follow set patterns and rules, without really giving themselves a chance to explore life, and enjoy it to the fullest. You are talking about a country where freedom is just another word in the dictionary, and it means nothing, even to those who know what it means.
Either all that, or you are just a stuck up brat, who's too lazy to do anything.
